Role Summary and Impact
We are looking for a curious and motivated Media Intern to support our team working on high-end luxury brands across Singapore and the APAC region.
This role is designed for individuals with no prior media or marketing experience offering structured exposure to how a global media agency supports luxury brands across digital and offline channels.
You will learn by working alongside experienced media professionals supporting day-to-day tasks while developing a foundational understanding of media planning campaign execution and regional collaboration.
What You Will Do (With Guidance & Training)
Campaign & Team Support
- Assist the team with preparing simple documents trackers and presentations
- Help coordinate timelines and ensure information is updated and accurate
- Support campaign launches by following checklists and instructions
Learning Media Basics
- Observe how media plans are built and how campaigns are executed
- Learn how different media channels work (digital social search programmatic OOH)
- Support simple data collection for reporting and reviews
Research & Preparation
- Assist with basic online research on brands media trends and competitors
- Help compile findings into simple slides or documents
Administrative Support
- Assist with filing documentation and internal coordination
- Support finance and billing administration
Skills and Experience:
- No prior media marketing or advertising experience required
- Currently studying or recently graduated (any discipline)
- Willingness to learn ask questions and take feedback positively
- Organized reliable and attentive to detail
- Comfortable working with basic tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
