The Admissions Officer will oversee the full admissions lifecycle ensuring prospective families experience a professional welcoming and informative process.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing admissions enquiries from initial contact to enrolment
Coordinating school tours open days and entrance assessments
Maintaining applicant databases and tracking application progress
Liaising with prospective parents and guardians
Preparing offer letters and managing acceptance documentation
Coordinating scholarship and bursary processes alongside SLT
Supporting marketing and promotional initiatives
Ensuring compliance with admissions policies and independent school regulations
Maintaining accurate records and generating admissions reports
This is a highly visible role requiring exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail. The Admissions Officer represents the schools first impression and plays a key part in sustaining student recruitment.
You will work closely with the Headteacher Registrar and Marketing Manager. The admissions team operates within a structured but welcoming environment using digital CRM systems to manage applications efficiently.

Previous admissions marketing or customer service experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organisational and database management skills
