About the role:
As Head of Credit and Collections youll lead one of Onecoms most critical functionsdriving cashflow performance reducing financial risk and steering a major digital transformation that will redefine how we operate. This is a role for a strategic peoplefocused leader who can turn executive vision into practical execution champion new technologies such as Collection AI and build a highperforming customercentric culture. Youll shape the future of our credit collections and fraudprevention capabilities while empowering a skilled team to deliver exceptional results.

Extensive senior leadership experience managing large Credit & Collections functions in a B2B environment
Deep expertise in datadriven financial collections strategy
Proven success leading organisational transformation and implementing new processes and technologies
Strong experience with AIdriven digital strategies including Collection AI and largescale system integrations
Demonstrable background in customer fraud management within credit and collections
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels including Csuite
Strong commercial acumen paired with advanced analytical capability
Passion for continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Ability to simplify complexity and make clear datadriven decisions
A collaborative resilient leader who inspires teams and drives accountability
Key responsibilities:
Define develop and execute the overall Credit and Collections strategy
Lead transformation initiatives including new operating models and Collection AI implementation
Champion continuous improvement identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency quality and performance
Use data and metrics to track evaluate and communicate service and financial impact keeping ELT informed
Plan and deliver strategic initiatives aligned with business goals
Support integration of Collection Management Systems with ERP CRM and frauddetection platforms
Own the strategy and implementation of customer fraudprevention controls
Maintain deep understanding of the endtoend customer journey and commercial touchpoints
Oversee effective debt collection operations including new account review and credit limit setting
Lead mentor and motivate the Credit & Collections team to drive performance and innovation
Act as a key link between executives operational teams and endusers to ensure alignment and clarity
