As part of our growth we are looking for a Business Manager Apprentice to join one of the groups dynamic Business Lines.
Reporting to a Business Unit Manager you will work on a strategic scope combining business development client portfolio management and consultant follow-up.
This position will give you a 360 view of the role: business development negotiation project management and performance monitoring.
Identify and prospect new clients (large accounts mid-sized companies public-sector organizations)
Detect and qualify new business opportunities
Participate in client meetings (needs qualification proposal presentations negotiation)
Build and propose tailored offers in collaboration with technical teams
Contribute to identifying and selecting profiles aligned with client needs
Conduct interviews and assess candidates skills
Support consultants throughout their assignments (onboarding regular follow-ups career development)
Contribute to talent retention
Monitor key performance indicators (revenue margin staffing sales pipeline)
Update the CRM and ensure regular reporting
Contribute to defining and optimizing the commercial strategy
B2B software publishing environment
CRM tools (Salesforce HubSpot or equivalent)
Digital prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator automation tools)
Close collaboration with sales recruitment and delivery teams
Currently enrolled in a Business School (Masters level 4th or 5th year)
Specialization in business development entrepreneurship or management
Strong interest in business development and negotiation
Fluent English is mandatory
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication

Previous experience in B2B sales consulting or a tech environment
