Your Mission (if you accept it!)

As a Payment Project Manager you will:

• Be the orchestrator of client projects from onboarding to go-live

• Analyze client needs identify gaps and turn them into opportunities

• Drive project rituals timelines and delivery with precision

• Act as a trusted advisor building strong relationships with clients

• Lead strategic internal projects impacting multiple teams across the group

• Always keep an eye on continuous improvement & innovation

What You Bring

• 3 years of experience in payment project management (finance fintech consulting)

• Strong expertise in cards and/or e-commerce payments

• Solid background in Agile project/program management

• Natural ability to understand client needs & turn them into solutions

• Experience working with cross-functional international teams

• Fluent in English (Spanish or Italian or French big plus)

• And above all: curiosity autonomy and the drive to make an impact

Our Hiring Process

1. Introductory call (15 min) with Mathilde from our Hr Officer to get to know each other

2. Functional interview (60 min) with your future manager

3. Team meet & greet (60 min) to give you a real feel of your future work environment
