HOW YOU WILL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER...

Provide support to the QC team on assigned food safety tasks documentation corrective/preventive actions data entry & analyses audits/inspections samplingpresentationsetc.

Provide support to the QC team on product/ ingredienttesting (micro chemical organoleptic) online checks swabbing shelf-life studiestrialsand other assigned projecttasksetc.

Identifyimprovement opportunities within the QC team and the SK Business related to safety quality/food safety cost production etc. Will support in implementation where possible.

Ad-hoc requests and Special Projects.

YOU ARE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU...

Arecurrently pursuing a Bachelors orMasters degreein Biotechnology Biochemistry MicrobiologyScience LaboratoryTechnologyor a similar discipline relevant to FoodSciences(Process/Chemical/Biochemical/ Food Science or Engineering);

Havepreviousrelated internship experience (an asset);

Experience working in alaboratory(Laboratory Testing Data Analysis Food Safety Inspection/ Auditingetc);

Previousexperience in food or dairy industrymilkand dairy chemistry(an asset);

Demonstrate strong organizational skills andeffective communicationskills;

Have strong time management skills: you will manage priorities and multiple projects at a time all whileensuring to meetdeadlines.
