Job Summary

What Youll Be Doing
- Coordinate daily readymix concrete orders and dispatch schedules to support accurate and timely deliveries
- Monitor truck movement delivery progress and plant production to proactively address delays
- Communicate effectively with drivers plant personnel and customers to ensure seamless order execution
- Maintain accurate documentation and delivery status updates using dispatching software and internal systems
- Identify opportunities to improve processes enhance efficiency and support exceptional customer service

- Proficiency with dispatching systems computer applications and digital tools

Work Environment
This role works in a dynamic office setting with continual interaction with readymix drivers plant teams and customers. The position requires multitasking handling realtime information and maintaining focus in a fastmoving operational environment.
