They will be Guest obsessed providing outstanding quality service and cleanliness to our guests through their structured training for crew membersDeliver individual coaching & mentoring sessionsDevelop shift plansDrive sales & profitabilityMonitor production controlsComplete business reporting for sales service & safetyMaintain profitability by closely monitoring costsManage all shift safety & hygiene requirementsSkills & ExperienceRetail or Hospitality leadership experience preferableExperience delivering exceptional customer serviceExceptional organisational & time management skillsStrong verbal & written communication skillsProven ability to adapt and learn quicklyManagement Training PlanIf successful you will undertake a 12-week training program to ensure you are set up for success and ready to immerse yourself into our brand and 1 to 6 Crew Station TrainingThis allows our managers exposure to completing crew tasks.
