With a commitment to best practice you will lead the continuous development of your crew members whilst maximising the growth and profitability of your the RoleThe Assistant Manager is responsible for the safe effective and efficient operation of the restaurant whilst performing their duties. They will be Guest obsessed providing outstanding quality service and cleanliness to our guests through their structured training for crew membersDeliver individual coaching & mentoring sessionsDevelop shift plansDrive sales & profitabilityMonitor production controlsComplete business reporting for sales service & safetyMaintain profitability by closely monitoring costsManage all shift safety & hygiene requirementsSkills & ExperienceRetail or Hospitality leadership experience preferableExperience delivering exceptional customer serviceExceptional organisational & time management skillsStrong verbal & written communication skillsProven ability to adapt and learn quicklyManagement Training PlanIf successful you will undertake a 12-week training program to ensure you are set up for success and ready to immerse yourself into our brand and 1 to 6 Crew Station TrainingThis allows our managers exposure to completing crew tasks.
