Pay rate: $101.81 per hour.
Temp (4 months ).
Location: Westside Dental Center 120 King Street Jacksonville FL 32204.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm 2-3 days per week.
Computer Software: EagleSoft Electronic Oral Health Record and HMS (Health Management System).
Dress Code: Medical Scrubs.
Must Be Fully Enrolled as a Florida Medicaid Provider
Job Description:
Important requirement
- Must be a fully enrolled Florida Medicaid Provider.
- Credentialed with DentaQuest Dental Insurance.
- Credentialed with Liberty Dental Insurance.
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Providing a full range of general dental services including comprehensive dental exams preventive services restorations removable complete and partial dentures and extractions within the scope of a general dentist.
Experience/Skills Required:
- 1 year experience provide a full range of general dental services
Educational Requirement:
- DDS or DMD degree
- Active Florida Dental License
