Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Duration: 6 months

Work Location: Tallahassee Florida 32399 Onsite

Job Description:

Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

• Five years of experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies and documentation;

• Five years of experience Microsoft Project Excel Word SharePoint PowerPoint and Visio. These are the primary tools used within the Division for documentation;

• Five years of experience with meeting facilitation and documentation;

• Four years of experience implementing integrating with or maintaining MicroPacts Versa Online and/or Versa Regulation products;

• Five years of experience with creating and presenting internal and external status reports and detailed status reports suitable for presentation to the management team;

• Five years of experience with leading meetings and determining work tasks that need to be completed

• Six years of experience with delivering the project in the agreed schedule to the correct technical

• specification (i.e. defined to meet user requirements) within the approved budget or other specified criteria.

CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:

• At the direction of the Department facilitate collecting system requirements with the business program staff.

• At the direction of the Department develop documentation (i.e. diagrams flowcharts requirements document).

• At the direction of the Department perform needs analysis analyse business processes develop process maps and assist project managers in all phases of the projects.

• At the direction of the Department develop test cases and test plans and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).

• At the direction of the Department perform testing on system changes to meet user defined requirements as assigned by the Department.

• At the direction of the Department facilitate UAT with the business program staff as assigned by the Department.

• At the direction of the Department facilitate meetings with technical and program staff as assigned by the Department (i.e. scheduling meetings document decisions identify issues and action items).

• At the direction of the Department produce status reports on the implementation of user defined requirements as assigned by the Department.

• At the direction of the Department follow Department IT processes and coordinate with other Department IT staff to ensure compliance with Department standards as assigned by the Department.

• At the direction of the Department correspond (verbally and in written formats) with project teams internal stakeholders regarding project activities deliverables and status as assigned by the Department.

• At the direction of the Department actively participate in project status meetings as assigned by the Department.

• Coordinate efforts with the Department Contract Manager to achieve cost savings under this SOW where feasible and practicable as assigned by the Department. Those efforts include but are not limited to identifying common system errors in systems that can be resolved in a manner that achieves cost savings in the State of Florida.

DATA SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY TASK:

• The Contractor its employees subcontractors and agents must always comply with all Department data security procedures and policies in the performance of this scope of work as specified in the Data Security and Confidentially document attached to the purchase order.
