Job Description:
This position works out of our Woodridge MN location in the Structural Heart Division.
Structural Heart Business Mission: Why We Exist
Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life by designing and providing device and management solutions for treating structural heart disease.
1stShift Hours: Monday-Friday7:00AM-3:00PMor Monday-Thursday 4:30AM-3:00PM
Key Responsibilities:
Performs skilled maintenance and repair services of facility systems such as mechanical electrical and building systems.
Interpret blueprints and schematics.
implement methods practices and techniques ofmaintainingbuilding and facilities toidentifyand address recurring problems with machinery equipment or parts.
Conduct periodic inspections to evaluate requests for repair.
Inventory control and administrative operations includingmaintainingaccuratestock records supportingpurchasingprocesses organizing documentation and ensuring smooth daytoday departmental workflow.
Qualifications:
Technical Diploma ( 12 years)
Strong Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
Experience using Hand Tools
Strong Mechanical Skills
Boiler and/or HVAC Experience- Preferred
Experience with EAM or similar software
