The Opportunity

As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you are a reliable contributor focused on delivering exceptional technology solutions that drive client success. As a Senior Associate you navigate complex challenges while mentoring junior team members and building meaningful client relationships enhancing your personal brand and technical skills along the way. This role offers the chance to work across various projects leveraging your technical strengths to create impactful solutions in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage DevOps initiatives to enhance software delivery
- Collaborate with development and operations teams for integration
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for functionality
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Mentor team members on DevOps practices and tools
- Confirm compliance with security and operational standards
- Stay informed on DevOps trends and technologies
- Create documentation for DevOps processes and workflows
What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering
- 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering preferred
- Experience in cloud development and CI/CD practices
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Bash and Python
- Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies
