リテールチームは ワーナー ブラザース スタジオツアー東京 / ハリーポッター ショップ 原宿 / ハリーポッター ショップ 赤坂においてリテール店舗倉庫などの収益サポート活動を管理しすべての収益業務にわたって常に最高最適なレベルのサービスを提供していく部署です
その中でもVMDチームは季節や商品企画に応じた商品の展開場所の変更店舗ディスプレイを行い維持しビジターの販売促進につながるようExceed Expectationに貢献しています
Your Role Accountabilities...
VMDディスプレイ業務
キャンペーン立ち上げ時に商品知識をアップデートし商品展開変更Windowディスプレイのプランニングを行う
キャンペーンのセットをオペレーションチーム協力のもと行う
チームと一緒に毎日のブリーフィングに参加し部門とビジネス内のすべての活動に注意を払うこと
店舗クオリティの維持
それぞれの店舗においてお客様を最高のコンディションで迎えられるよう日々のメンテナンスを行う
商品状況に合わせて日々店舗内の商品展開場所の変更ディスプレイの変更を行う
オペレーションチームと連携したショー運営
安全管理
商品と包装備品などの効率的な取り扱いを行い資産の損失を最小限に維持すること
VMD備品整理整頓管理作業の効率を図ることで事故を無くす
育成業務
お客様のニーズに応え最適なサービスを提供し高いビジュアルレベルを維持できるようスタッフトレーニングに参加すること
運営業務
営業時間店舗に立つ場合は常に接客最優先
ガイドラインの基準に従いすべてのスキームグラフィック機器が正しく使用され店舗が最高水準のビジュアルマーチャンダイズされていることを確認すること
商品知識を常にアップデートし商品の特徴やメリットについて自信をもってお客様に説明する
自己成長に向けた継続的な学習およびチームリーダーとの1on1 を通じた目標設定と課題改善による成長支援

VMD知識がある方
リテール業界アパレル業界での経験
接客業の経験
日本語によるトレーニングを通じ知識手順を習得できること
基本的な PC スキルExcelWordPowerPoint
歓迎スキル
VMD職経験者
外国語でのコミュニケーション能力英語中国語等

労働条件
勤務時間6:3023:00 の間でのシフト制
月間変形労働制週 37.5 時間を目安最大週 45 時間
VMDは豊島園原宿ともに管轄するため両店舗に6:30出勤制服に着替えて作業開始できる状況可能な方
シフトは 1 ヵ月単位で作成
深夜作業あり平均月12回程度
立ち仕事歩行を伴う業務重いものの移動大工作業狭いWindow内での作業脚立での作業あり
大勢の前で話す大きな声で連続して話す業務あり
シフト制のため週末勤務あり
土日祝や繁忙期年末年始GW学校休暇期間は勤務が多くなります
