Hospital Resource Pool / RN House Supervisors Monitoring Center

This role will manage approximately 40 FTEs in the areas of Resource Pool RN Hospital Supervisors and Monitoring Center at Williamsburg Regional Medical Center

The Manager will supervise and manage a 24-hour operation.

Shift: Days (flexible)

The RN Manager is responsible and accountable for 24 hr operations including scheduling evaluations resources and mentoring and/or assisting staff. Interviews hires and develops team members to achieve a highly effective work team. Engages in talent retention strategies for the area(s) of responsibility.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 yrs or more of RECENT Nursing Leadership in a acute care hospital setting REQUIRED

• Bachelors in Nursing (or higher) REQUIRED

• RN License to practice in Virginia REQUIRED

Education

• RN-Bachelors Degree or

• RN-Masters Degree

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire
