Job Summary
What success looks like in this role:
Leads and facilitates the efforts of subordinate managers and professional staff members.
Oversees the full range of client service delivery activity including:
o Service Management Asset Management Configuration Management and MIM
o Day-to-day client contact and interaction
o Ongoing client service reviews
o Issue identification and resolution
o Engagement between Account Management Product and internal delivery teams and
o Documentation and reporting.
Drives service level improvement / coordination with cross-functional teams.
Accountable for account expansion and delivery within assigned client base.
Resolves escalated problems / projects / issues to maintain strong client retention levels.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Any degree and 6-8 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
2-4 years leadership experience
