Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Call Centre Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls assist patients with appointments and queries and ensure a positive service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with departments
- Resolve patient queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain call logs and patient records in the system
- Escalate complex issues to concerned teams
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 03 years of experience in call centre/customer service (healthcare preferred)
- Good communication skills in English and local language
- Basic computer knowledge
Work Schedule:
- Rotational shifts
- 6 days working
