The Role

Location: Melbourne

We have found a great balance of embracing flexible working whilst also maintaining in-office collaboration with most teams meeting in the office 3 days per week.

  • Spearhead strategy:Youll be the driving force behind cutting-edge programmatic search and video campaigns for a major banking client.
  • Master the tech:Dive deep into the worlds leading platforms including DV360 and The Trade Desk DSPs to deliver exceptional data-driven results.
  • Be the expert:Act as the go-to specialist for programmatic media translating complex data into meaningful insights that shape client success.
  • Lead and inspire:Guide and mentor 2 of activation executives fostering a collaborative culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Forge key relationships:Build trusted partnerships with clients tech providers and internal teams to deliver seamless and effective campaigns.

Ideal Skills and Experience

You will thrive in this role if you are a curious and data-obsessed strategist who gets a genuine thrill from diving deep into programmatic platforms and leading a team to deliver outstanding results. Were also looking for;

  • Programmatic prowess:Hands-on agency experience and deep practical knowledge of DSPs like The Trade Desk and Googles DV360
  • An analytical mind:You love digging into the data finding the why behind the what and using those insights to fuel growth
  • A passion for innovation:Youre naturally curious and excited by the fast-evolving digital landscape
  • A collaborative spirit:You thrive in a team setting and are a clear confident communicator who can build strong relationships with anyone

At Mindshare ANZ we offer a competitive salary package with 20 days holiday increasing with service to a maximum of 25 days with the option to purchase extra leave of up to 4 weeks per year.
