- Team Leadership:Lead and motivate a team ofAgribusiness Relationship Managers across Victoria & South Australia (Hamilton Horsham Warrnambool & Mt Gambier). Foster a collaborative high-performance culture focused on customer success.
- Strategic Sales:Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the national agribusiness plan ensuring consistent execution and exceeding targets.
- Operational Excellence:Drive continuous improvement through technology adoption process enhancements and innovative solutions. Increase efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Talent Development:Invest in your teams growth providing regular feedback coaching and development opportunities to ensure individual and team success.
What youll bring:
- Proven leadership experience in a large agribusiness team with a deep understanding of lending credit risk and agricultural markets.
- Up-to-date knowledge of agricultural market conditions agribusiness products cash flows and market trends across your region.
- Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills with a passion for developing high-performing teams.
- Experience driving operational excellence and implementing continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic environment. Proficiency in relevant agricultural software and CRM systems.
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to lead change and build customer-centric solutions.
- Tertiary qualification in agribusiness finance or a related field.
