What youll do

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Pharmacist to be a part of our experienced team at St Andrews Private Hospital! As the ED/ICU Pharmacist you will provide specialised medication management in the dispensary and clinical services to hospital wards.

  • provide best practice pharmacy services and exceptional patient-centred care as part by ensuring medication safety and optimising medication management
  • Work closely with the hospital team to educate staff and counsel patients on medication usage
  • Cultivate a collaborative and positive teamwork culture that empowers everyone to excel

What youll bring

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
  • High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing software
  • You love working in a collaborative team and thrive in a friendly working environment.
  • Experience in a hospital pharmacy is essential. SA1

Requirements

  • Mustprovide aNational Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
  • According to the role Ramsay Pharmacy may requireproof of immunisationagainst infectious diseases.
