We are looking for a committed Risk Operations & Governance Specialist who would like to strengthen our team and help realize our vision.
Tasks
- Manage our Risk Operations: risk register technical and processrelated risk assessments controls and monitoring
- Further develop our Internal Control System (ICS) with a focus on IT controls system documentation interfaces and automation
- Coordinate compliance activities and support regulatory requirements especially in IT security data governance and group policies
- Support internal and external audits ensuring technical evidence process flows and remediation measures
- Prepare risk compliance and governance reports for the CRO Management Team and group functions
- Collaborate closely with IT Security Operations and Group Risk/Compliance to harmonize processes and standards
- Actively contributes to the transition toward new group processes: analysis alignment implementation and change support
- Support the CRO in the functional leadership of the department - without direct line responsibility but with clear development potential
Requirements
- 5 - 10 years of experience in Risk Management ICS Compliance or Audit - ideally in an ITdriven or SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of IT controls system architectures interfaces authorization concepts and security standards
- Experience in process harmonization and group alignment
- Structured analytical and solutionoriented mindset
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Motivation to grow into future leadership responsibilities
- Excellent German and English skills
