Location: Boynton Beach FL (Palm Springs every other week)

Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday (8:30am 5:00pm)

Pay: up to $27.50 per hour commensurate with experience

Were Hiring! The Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County is seeking an IT Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an IT professional who is passionate about helping others enjoys solving technical challenges and thrives in a mission-driven environment.

What Youll Do

Keep daily operations running smoothly by providing responsive helpdesk support
Ensure staff have the tools and technology needed to work efficiently
Support providers across the state helping them access and use critical systems
Play a key part in maintaining secure highquality technology infrastructure
Help the Coalition continuously improve through reliable data systems and equipment

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field and at least four years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Familiarity with major hardware and software vendors (Microsoft Google Sophos Unify Dell HP Lenovo).
Knowledge of printer/copier systems including Toshiba HP Ricoh and Lenovo.
Understanding of network and routing protocols (NAT VLANs VPN).
Experience with cloud-based platforms such as Microsoft 365 Box and SSO services preferred.
Ability to support both in-office and remote work environments
