Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Design and develop scalable high-quality Power BI learning content for multiple learner personas
Partner with data literacy leadership and Power BI subject matter experts to align content with program strategy
Translate complex analytics and BI concepts into clear engaging instructional materials
Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions across the enterprise
Improve and expand Data Literacy products including courses curricula and learning modules
Conduct learner discovery pilot testing and continuous improvement of training materials

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in a computational mathematical science-related or data-related field
2 years of experience in instructional design training or curriculum development
4 years of experience in data and analytics or related technical fields
1 year of experience using instructional and visual design tools
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage and motivate diverse learner groups
