Part-Time On-site Position Contingent Upon Award
Join Synertex LLC and provide senior-level advisory support to a mission-critical government program. We are seeking a Senior Management Consultant to deliver strategic planning executive advisory and governance support aligned with federal mission priorities. This role is designed as a fractional part-time position providing high-impact leadership and oversight without full-time staffing requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide senior-level advisory support to government leadership on strategic planning organizational effectiveness and program governance.
- Support development and execution of strategic plans roadmaps and performance management frameworks.
- Advise senior stakeholders on program priorities risks and execution strategies.
- Support governance activities including PMO oversight portfolio management and executive reporting.
- Develop executive-level briefings decision materials and performance summaries.
- Identify organizational and operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with program leadership to ensure alignment with mission objectives and contractual requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 7 years of experience providing senior-level consulting or advisory support to federal government programs.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning executive advisory and governance support.
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field.
- PMP certification required.
- Public Trust clearance required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including executive-level briefing experience.
- Ability to operate effectively in a part-time advisory capacity.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
