Technical Project Manager

Vision

We are looking for a technical individual with Project Management background data to apply their skills supporting the enhancement and maintenance of multiple Atlassian Jira Workflow/Task management Projects as well as custom data collection processing and analytics tools.

Ideal candidates have familiarity working in a detail oriented compliance focused space (associated with Consumer Electronics preferred) including the use of data visualization dashboard and built in Automation tools in Atlassian Jira. Candidates should be organized and able to take inputs from multiple stakeholders across a minimum of 4 tools and Jira projects and collaborate with the Data Systems Owner to ensure enhancements solved for pertinent inputs.

Candidates should be capable of basic debugging and root cause analysis work to resolve users problems related to implemented automations and functionality from the Atlassian Jira panel available.

An ideal individual is comfortable giving input into new Data Visualization and Data processing tools representing feedback and inputs from stakeholders from their engagement with the data tools and supporting the development of custom tools with appropriate timeline and functionality tracking.

A typical day would include (but not limited to): Reviewing issues flagged related to Atlassian Jira projects creating/adjusting automation capabilities in Atlassian Jira developing jira dashboards reviewing with Data Engineers current status of Custom Data Visualization and Processing Tools updating and communicating timelines to pertinent stakeholders and working with the Data Systems Owner to communicate or action guidance related to the overarching enhancement strategy for Jira and Custom Tools.

Provide flexible support to changing data tools supporting continuously evolving regulations and data requirements.

In Scope

Manage and create Atlassian Jira Automations and Dashboards including actioning user issues

Collect and track issues from tool users across Jira and Custom Tools

Support the users with tracking enhancement requests

Collaborate with Data Systems Owner and Data Engineers to develop timelines and trackers associated with tool enhancements

Ensure transparency to users of ongoing development activities

Generate outputs in support of Exec presentations by Data Systems Owner

Technical Requirements:.

BS in Engineering Computer Science or other Technical Discipline preferred with 5 years of relevant industry experience

History working with data requiring high accuracy (focused in Consumer Electronics Preferred)

Proven track record working with datasets utilized for regulatory compliance (EU REACH RoHS China VOC etc preferred)

Familiarity with workflow management (Atlassian Jira) and data visualization software (Tableau or similar)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a history of supporting multiple projects simultaneously

Strong communication skills and thrives in both collaborative and independent work environments

Candidate must have past experience working in a consumer electronics or comparable field in a technical role/function

Candidate is able to work simultaneously across multiple focus areas while maintaining documentation and traceability

Candidates can fulfill all pertinent NPS background checks and qualifications to be able to work on confidential Apple product developments.
