Job Description:
The SAP FICO Architect and Team Lead will oversee the L2 production support and minor enhancements of SAP FICO Material Ledger SAP CO SAP Controlling & Cost Settlement SAP Cost Center Accounting and SAP FI. This role requires a strategic thinker with 10 to 12 years of experience in SAP systems ensuring seamless integration and optimization of financial processes. The position is 100% work from client office with experience of 10 years
Develop strategies to improve SAP system performance and user experience driving operational excellence.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.

Provide SAP CO expertise for resolving production support issues and enhancements
SAP FI expertise for resolving production support issues and enhancements
Ensure tickets are closed within SLA
Provide P1 and P2 ticket immediate support during U.S. business hours
Collaborate with client L3 team and 3rd party vendors
Reduce aging and backlog
