Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Job Summary

  • The Utility Service Temporary Support role provides administrative and operational support to the Utility Services team in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate scheduling billing documentation and service coordination. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented organized and comfortable working with multiple systems while collaborating closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create review and process Bills of Lading (BOLs) accurately and within required timelines
  • Generate customer invoices and ensure billing accuracy
  • Enter and maintain load schedules in internal scheduling calendars
  • Create and process requisitions in SAP and other internal systems
  • Open and manage Service Work Orders (SVOs) and dispatch work orders using Microsoft Dynamics
  • Review documentation for completeness accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain organized records and assist with operational coordination
  • Provide general administrative and service-related support to the team

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid math and billing calculation skills
  • Experience with data entry scheduling invoicing or dispatch support
  • Basic computer proficiency with the ability to learn internal systems
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Background in utilities logistics operations dispatch or service coordination
  • Prior administrative or operations support experience in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

  • Hybrid work schedule 3 Days office 2 days remote
  • Fast-paced utility services setting
  • Temporary assignment supporting operational and administrative functions
