Role Description:
Provide functional and technical support for Great Plains ERP modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in coordination with onshore teams.
Assist in system upgrades patches and configuration changes.
Ensure compliance with client-specific processes and documentation standards.
Design and optimize SQL queries stored procedures and reports to support client operations Support from basic end user errors to configuring new workflows reports and integrations

Essential Skills:
Strong experience (more than 5 years) in Great Plains ERP support and maintenance.
Knowledge of financial modules and integration points.
Ability to work in a global delivery model and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
