AtkinsRéalis USA Holdings LLC seeks Director IT Governance and Compliance in Tampa FL: Lead the IT transformation of the organization into a holistic corporate compliance model. Develop IT strategies visions and the overall governance model ensuring that IT enables and adds values to the business. Evolve and prepare the IT control framework to a future reliance model. Build and manage relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure an all-round vision support and engagement. Update steering committees on key initiatives progress status remediations/milestones and roadblocks. Lead programs for control automation standardization business optimization and IT compliance by design. Enable the business by enhancing and automating IT compliance reporting capabilities. Engage and align IT objectives with information securitys (e.g. business certifications). Monitor evaluate and advise on the impact resulting from control assurance activities including compliance with SOX/ICFR SOC I/II CSAE 3416 ISO 27001. Support relevant regulatory and internal/external audit examinations/audits in the business. Work with internal/external auditors and business stakeholders to ensure effective governance and internal controls model is in place IT risks are managed within risk appetite and audit outputs are addressed correctly and timely. Keep abreast of regulatory and best-practice changes to further identify new key IT risk areas. Recommend new changes to policies standards and guidelines to maintain currency in ensuring relevance to emerging technologies delivery models and overall IT risks. Elaborate training and awareness channels to ensure alignment with overall IT roadmap and key initiatives.
Requirements: Masters degree in Computer Science Computer Information Systems Management Information Systems Information Security or a closely related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Knowledge of: Internal IT audit management; IT risk and compliance management; Delivering presentations to committees and senior leadership; Leading complex IT programs and projects; Leading and developing global IT teams; Responding to regulators and auditors on IT risk obligations; Advising clients on IT risk obligations; ERP Systems (Oracle and SAP); SailPoint; and Splunk (Security Information and Event Management SIEM). International travel to Canada and the United Kingdom required less than 5% of the time for meetings with colleagues. May be assigned to unanticipated work locations throughout the United States. Remote working or telecommuting permitted in all U.S. States in accordance with company policy.
