We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee Shipping Receiving Inventory and Returns in a high-volume distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead department managers across all warehouse functions
Oversee daily receiving (3 4 containers) shipping (up to 4000 packages) and returns (up to 400 daily)
Ensure inventory accuracy cycle counts and quality control
Optimize warehouse layout and operational efficiency
Develop policies training programs and seasonal staffing plans
Track KPIs and drive continuous process improvements

Qualifications

Supervisory experience in a large-scale warehouse
Experience managing receiving and/or high-volume multi-carrier shipping
Strong inventory control background
Experience leading leadership-level staff
Computer proficiency required; RF scanner/inventory software preferred
Flexible to work day shifts occasional Sundays and peak-season hours
