D365 Business Analyst/Product Owner
Duration: 6 Months C2H
Location: Miami FL or Boston MA

Core Skills: Business Systems Analyst and Product Owner with deep expertise in Record to Report (R2R) processes and extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 ERP).

Required Skills

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Information Systems or related field (MBA/CPA preferred).
6 years of experience with D365 Finance & Operations with strong focus on R2R processes.
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in ERP/financial systems environments.
Demonstrated success in production support operations delivery and ERP enhancements.
Strong understanding of financial reporting GAAP/IFRS and internal control frameworks.
Excellent analytical problem solving and communication skills with the ability to influence global stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

Experience with D365FO implementations and post-production support.
Familiarity with automation and reporting tools (Power BI BlackLine ServiceNow).
Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident problem change management).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models and Azure DevOps.
Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor guide and drive operational excellence
