As a Maintenance Porter youll need to be a good communicator Its also essential that youre happy to undergo our Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks as part of your application.
As a Hospital Fabric Maintenance Porter you will:
Be part of a close-knit professional team
Work in a fast-moving clinical environment
Maintain constant and effective interaction with all our departments delivering and collecting goods from other hospitals
Support the estates team with fabric work such as painting and decorating
Support with office moves and gardening services

The Nuffield Health Derby Hospital is a modern purpose-built hospital with 38 en-suite beds three operating theatres and together with a comprehensive range of outpatient services.
The Radiology department is a small but busy department covering general radiographic procedures theatre ultrasound MRI and CT. Set in beautiful grounds were about 3 miles from the city centre within easy reach of all major roads and bus routes.
