Full-Time Day Shift On-Site
Sheboygan Senior Community is hiring a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team! This is a full-time day-shift position providing quality care to our senior residents in a supportive team-oriented environment.
Schedule
- Hours: 6:00 AM 6:30 PM
- 12-hour shifts
- Rotating 3-week schedule
- Every 3rd weekend rotation
Pay & Differentials
- Pay based on experience
- $2.00/hour shift differential starting at 3:00 PM
- $5.00/hour bonus pay for extra weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the State of Wisconsin
- CPR certification
- Experience in senior or elderly care preferred

Job Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to elderly residents
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and document vital signs and resident conditions
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Maintain accurate documentation using electronic health records (EHR)
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure resident safety comfort and well-being
