Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor define and implement KPIs across Supply Chain Management and Customer Operations to drive performance tracking and continuous improvement.
Optimize the end-to-end sales order delivery process in terms of time cost and service level while driving synergies among suppliers and logistics partners.
Participate in Lean Warehouse & Distribution initiatives within the CPO to achieve a best-in-class secondary W&D operation.
Ensure timely processing and shipment of sales orders by coordinating with internal stakeholders (Customer Service Trade etc.) and prioritizing shipments based on commercial needs.
Assist with environmental sustainability initiatives and support business continuity planning to ensure operational resilience.
Essential Requirements:
Bilingual in French and English both written and spoken.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 with advanced Excel skills.
Currently enrolled in a university program (Business Finance Economics Engineering or a related field).
Previous experience or exposure to Customer Service Order Management Logistics or Distribution.
Strong communication skills proactive team-oriented mindset and ability to manage time-sensitive issues high workload periods and project-based initiatives.
