- Manage the schedule of our installation teams
- Set the installation schedule with the goal of optimum product installation daily within a manageable distance
- Contact our valued customers to schedule their installation
- Maintain communication between customers and installation teams
- Manage loading lists of product and accessories to schedule installation making sure all inventory is on hand and ready to install
- Researching and pulling permits for projects
- Pleasant personality with energetic spirit
- Prior customer service experience is essential
- Prior data entry skills are preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
