Job responsibilities
- Conduct phone interviews with potential and existing auto customers; investigate and ensure due diligence
- Interact with dealers external customers and internal departments within Chase
- Conduct employment and insurance verification
- Investigate and verify pertinent loan information
- Perform application rekeys to identify and correct application submission errors
- Meet or exceed quality control audits
- Participate in the document retention process
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Customer service and/or retail sales experience
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and adapt within a changing environment
- Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Auto Finance experience
- Experience within a call center environment preferred
