SUMMARY
This position is responsible for customer service administrative and accounting functions. Your role would encompass a wide range of tasks. Strong organizational and communicational skills are important.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Post retail and wholesale vehicle deals.
Bill out and post dealer trades.
Stock incoming units.
Pay off floor plan.
Write payoff checks.
Title work.
Transmit CVR.
Review and correct schedules.
Follow office operations and procedures.
Stays abreast of computer system accordingly.
Compiles information and prepares reports as requested by management.
Maintains a professional appearance.
Maintains an efficient filing system.
Strong computer skills in MS Word MS Excel Google Docs.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Basic accounting knowledge.
Four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
