Job Summary
Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic knowledgeable and student-centered Science Teacher to work across multiple grade levels teaching science Middle School students. This position requires a passion for hands-on inquiry-based learning. The ideal candidate will foster curiosity critical thinking and a love of scientific exploration while delivering age-appropriate instruction aligned with best practices and school School Science (Grades 58):Teach a comprehensive science curriculum that includes Astronomy Earth Science Biology Human Physiology and and deliver inquiry-based lessons labs and projects that promote critical thinking problem-solving and scientific instruction to meet the diverse academic needs and learning styles of middle school student learning through formative and summative assessments and provide timely meaningful Responsibilities:Create a safe inclusive and respectful classroom environment that supports academic and social-emotional well-organized science classrooms and labs ensuring safety protocols are with colleagues to align curriculum share best practices and support interdisciplinary effectively with students families and colleagues regarding curriculum and student in faculty meetings professional development and school current with best practices in science education and child development.
