Job Summary

Description

Perform cleaning and maintenance duties in all assigned areas including lobbies hallways offices restrooms and outdoor spaces.
Sweep mop vacuum and polish floors; dust surfaces and clean windows.
Transport trash and recyclables to designated disposal areas.
Set up and break down rooms or spaces for meetings events or special functions as needed.
Assist with moving furniture equipment and deliveries throughout the facility.
Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs reporting leaks or other facility issues to management.
Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies as necessary.
Support team members and other departments with facility-related needs.
Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Experience: Previous experience in custodial housekeeping or porter roles is an asset.
Skills and Attributes:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand lift and move objects for extended periods
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
