Job Summary
Crestview Cadillac is seeking a Detailer / Lot Porter to join our team in Rochester Hills MI. This role is integral to maintaining the appearance and organization of our vehicle inventory and ensuring a clean professional environment for both customers and staff.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and detail new and used vehicles including washing waxing vacuuming and interior cleaning.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the dealership lot and service areas.
- Move vehicles around the lot as needed to accommodate sales service and inventory needs.
- Assist with vehicle inspections and report any damage or maintenance concerns to management.
- Ensure vehicles are ready for customer delivery and showroom display.
- Support other dealership functions as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or lot maintenance preferred but not required.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work efficiently outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
- Capable of physically demanding tasks including lifting standing and walking for extended periods.
