Living Sky School Division is seeking a Superintendent of Learning to join our Senior Leadership Team beginning August 3 2026. This is a key system leadership role for a visionary values-driven educational leader who is passionate about innovation system improvement and building leadership capacity across schools.
The core mandate of a superintendent in Living Sky School Division is to ensure system effectiveness and lead system change. This role is responsible for advancing division priorities through high-quality service delivery instructional and leadership development and equitable future-focused practices that support student success across diverse contexts.
The successful candidate will bring strong system-level thinking demonstrated administrative experience and a collaborative leadership approach grounded in relationships trust and continuous improvement. Experience leading complex organizational change and a deep understanding of secondary education will be essential as Living Sky continues to evolve its organizational structure processes and culture.

About Living Sky School Division
Living Sky School Division is a progressive and innovative organization serving approximately 5500 students across 30 schools in 21 communities throughout west-central Saskatchewan. We employ over 800 professional and support staff working together to create inclusive responsive and engaging learning environments.
Our central office is located in North Battleford a regional hub for health education retail and commercial services. Together with the Town of Battleford the area is home to approximately 18000 people and offers close access to beautiful lakes and outdoor recreation.
Living Sky is actively reinventing itself for the future transitioning to a new organizational structure and way of operating. This multi-year transformation represents a significant shift from traditional school division models and requires leaders who are committed to learning adaptability and co-creating new ways of working.
