A good overall knowledge of all trades:
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Tile
- Electrical
- Drywall repair
- Deck and fence repairs
- Painting
Not necessarily having every tool but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.
Troubleshooting Skills:
Must be a quick thinker have the ability to be able to examine a problem situation and come up with a resolution in a prompt and professional manner.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Must be able to communicate with Management Office Personnel Fellow Employees Homeowners Suppliers Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
Presentable:
Clean-Cut appearance
Decent looking vehicle
Organized tools
Other:
- Look around customers property and communicate things you could repair or things that our company can address.
- Takes time to earn the customers confidence and then inquires about additional work that could be performed.
- Taking the time to address small repairs then point out additional items to the customer to help them understand that we are capable of doing more.

The 800 Craftsmen who represent our Brandare the heart and soul of our turn-key white-glove home repair maintenance and improvement are skilled and experienced in many trades but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.
Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customersfolks truly appreciate our high level of service and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
