Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients presenting with acute and chronic pain conditions within a rehabilitation setting
• Develop individualized evidence-based treatment plans including pharmacological and interventional approaches
• Perform procedures including epidural steroid injections nerve blocks joint injections and trigger point injections
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of rehabilitation specialists physical therapists and clinical staff
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and review diagnostic imaging and test results
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of all patient encounters in accordance with facility standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Management Anesthesiology Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation or related specialty
• Active and unrestricted Florida medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical pain management experience preferred
• Proficiency in interventional pain procedures
• Current DEA registration
• Own professional malpractice insurance (required for 1099 engagement)
