About the Role:
The Medical Education Lead Oncology focus on developing external medical education strategies for the prioritised launch brands/assets from -2 years to 2 years from launch.
The strategies will be defined from needs analysis of all focus stakeholder groups and will aim to deliver tangible impact on clinical management aligned to guidelines as well as positively impacting on care gaps.
The strategy will include analysis of the channels of preference and to ensure appropriate and multi channel solutions are developed with an educational continuum to achieve optimal impact.
You are responsible for developing a clear external communication and engagement strategy within the global team as well as co-creating with global/regional stakeholders and key markets to ensure the educational initiatives are easily adaptable with a clear strategic thread and with consistency in the quality and delivery of the medical education activities.
This a director level role integrating the pre peri and post engagement within the strategy and communicating this to the internal stakeholders including the associated KPIs and visualisation of all related metrics.
