Job Summary

Are you highly organised detailfocused and passionate about supporting high standards in further education and apprenticeships We are looking for a committed Quality Administrator to join our Quality and Teaching Learning and Assessment team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in maintaining accurate quality records supporting external quality processes and contributing to the continuous improvement of our provision.

As a Quality Administrator you will be central to the smooth operation of our quality processes. You will manage data support internal and external quality assurance activity liaise with awarding organisations and provide professional administrative support across the department. This role suits someone who thrives in a busy environment enjoys working collaboratively and takes pride in producing accurate highquality work.

Essential Criteria

  • Experience of working in administration or quality assurance within an educational setting.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Word and Excel.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Level 2 Qualification inBusiness Administration or Customer Service or equivalent experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daytoday administrative support to the Quality and Teaching Learning and Assessment team across the College.
  • Input maintain and manage accurate quality records and data in line with the annual Quality Calendar.
  • Support internal and external quality assurance processes including liaison with awarding organisations auditors and Ofsted.
  • Maintain central logs to track EQA reports TLA summaries queries and potential issues.
  • Facilitate and manage internal/external surveys and distribute results to curriculum leaders and directors.
  • Record analyse and report on lesson visits to identify trends and inform quality improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records within the apprenticeship eportfolio system and support associated data monitoring.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for Quality Directors ahead of meetings.
  • Provide published Ofsted reports and updates to the team as required.
  • Arrange and minute meetings including preparing agendas and circulating actions.
  • Undertake relevant training and continuous professional development.

Lets Teach Programme
Lets Teach The LETs teach programme supports new members of teaching staff in terms of college systems and key teaching and learning areas including new staff lesson visits and postcard peeps. Each new member of staff has an allocated Lead Practitioner who works closely with them throughout the programme.

Lets Bloom
The LETs Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team capturing their experimentation in a journal.
