The Financial Operations Section within Financial Management Branch supports the Department achieve its business goals by providing internal services support and advice across accounts credit cards and travel functions. The Financial Management Branch within Finance Strategy Budget and Research Division also includes the Grants and Financial Assurance team Financial Accounting Procurement and Contract Management and the SAP Services team.
The role is in the Financial Operations Team and reports to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader providing assistance in ensuring the effective delivery of support services associated with Accounts Receivable functions.
This role requires an understanding of financial systems and the ability to liaise effectively with internal customers and suppliers.
Specifically the duties of the Accounts Receivable Officer include:

Employment with the Department of Infrastructure Transport Regional Development Communications Sport and the Arts is subject to conditions prescribed within the Public Service Act 1999 including:
