Job Title: Entry-Level Transportation Broker
Location: Nashville TN (On-site)

About the Role:
We are seeking motivated Entry-Level Transportation Brokers to join our growing team in Nashville TN. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with some transportation brokering experience who are looking to develop their skills and grow within the industry. This role is on-site and candidates must be local with reliable transportation.

What Youll Do:

Assist with brokering transportation and logistics solutions for clients.
Coordinate shipments carriers and delivery schedules.
Communicate effectively with clients carriers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Learn the business and grow your book of clients under mentorship.
Support senior brokers as needed and take on additional responsibilities as experience grows.

What Were Looking For:

Some prior transportation brokering or logistics experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work on-site in Nashville and commute reliably.
Eagerness to learn and grow into a full broker role.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $40000 per year until commission eligibility.
