Were currently seeking a full-time Admin Assistant for our Culture Team in our West Jordan office!

Duties include:

Provide administrative supportfor executives
Assist with answering phones hostingguests etc. as needed
Participating in planning organizing and hosting company events
Managing inventory of Supplies for the office and events
Managing the AE SWAG ordering and delivering
Works closely with the Office Manager supporting Culture and events

Requirements

Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated
Able to maintain strict confidentiality in all circumstances
Skilled in partnerships and teamwork
Strong computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite
A positive attitude

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly wage negotiable based on skill level and experience.
