Position: Executive Assistant to Private Wealth Advisor

Location: Bloomington MN (20-30 hours weekly with ability to go full-time in the future flexible work from home 1 - 2 days in office)

Arthur Financial is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to act as the advisors trusted right hand and ensure every aspect of client service is handled with this pivotal client-facing role you will oversee and manage the full client experience from day-to-day service requests to implementing the firms broader service strategy. The ideal candidate is proactive detail-oriented and thrives on building strong relationships with both clients and the team while anticipating needs and keeping operations running seamlessly.
Role Overview:
You will act as the right-hand to the Advisor not just administrative support. Youll manage a mix of business and personal tasks with discretion handle critical back-office and client-service support functions and help maintain our operations and client responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage and manage inbound email/communications filter prioritize and escalate appropriately.
- Manage advisors calendar: meetings client appointments travel planning and coordination internally.
- Maintain documentation manage CRM data-entry and track tasks and follow-ups.
- Oversee routine operational workflows: task prioritization deadlines project support client-service tasks.
- Provide limited personal support as needed (e.g. personal email management discreet scheduling or errands) with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proactively anticipate needs and independently manage administrative workflow to keep the advisors output efficient and organized.
- Prepare for and follow up on client meetings
Qualifications:
- 37 years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role ideally in a professional services financial services or wealth-management environment.
- College degree preferred
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word) comfortable with CRM/data-entry systems and general tech-savviness.
- Exceptional organizational skills attention to detail ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Highest levels of discretion integrity confidentiality and professional judgment.
- Comfortable handling both business and personal administrative tasks (with appropriate boundaries).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; good judgment in triaging tasks requests and communications.
What We Offer:
- Hourly rate: $26-$29 depending on experience.
- Schedule: 20-30 hours per week initially with potential to transition to full-time
- Flexible hybrid schedule with in-office presence 1-2 days a week
- Health insurance stipend (taxable).
- Flexible work from home schedule with the ability to come into the office 2 days a week.
- Two weeks paid time off.
