Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir deshalb ab sofort eine(n) Schichtleiter (w/m/d) in unbefristeter Festanstellung
Deine Aufgaben:
Du bist die zentrale Kontroll- und Koordinationsinstanz unserer täglichen Logistikprozesse und stellst somit sicher dass das Paketmanagement reibungslos abläuft.
Du verantwortest die tägliche Koordination und Aufgabenverteilung an deine Mitarbeiter in deiner Schicht sowie die Kommunikation und Absprache mit internen und externen Zulieferern. Des Weiteren bist du verantwortlich für die Implementierung und qualitative sowie quantitative Einhaltung grundlegender Leistungskennzahlen sowie Entwicklung entsprechender Lösungsansätze zur stetigen Optimierung und Vereinfachung unserer Arbeitsabläufe/-prozesse.
Im Zuge deiner Funktion hast du somit direkten Einfluss auf das Einkaufserlebnis und die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden.

Some of the things youll get involved in are:
Overseeing the delivery of Amazon orders
Support operations leadership team in daily management of the station
Being obsessed by metrics and diving deep to find root causes quickly to drive improvements. Maintain and develop KPIs and SLAs such as Delivery On Time or First Time Delivery Success
Finding simple smart and innovative ways to improve how we work for the benefit of our customers and on budget driving forward the implementation of that vision
Thinking analytically about project management with attention to detail the ability to influence others and exceptional organizational skills.
