We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 -Day Ward (Full-Time) for a hospital located in Tralee Ireland.
Day Ward Permanent (Full-Time Substantive Post)
Responsibilities
Manage patient care to ensure the highest professional standards utilising an evidence-based approach.
Provide strong professional and clinical leadership within the designated area.
Lead quality assurance initiatives maintaining high standards of clinical practice and ensuring efficient use of resources.
Manage staffing levels appropriately support staff development and promote practice development initiatives to enhance the skills and competencies of the nursing team.
Coordinate the assessment planning implementation and evaluation of patient care in accordance with BSHS standards.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols organisational policies and best practice guidelines in patient care.
Requirements
Registered Nurse on the active register of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
Evidence of current annual registration with NMBI.
Demonstrated effective leadership and communication skills.
Proven clinical expertise with auditing and managerial experience.
Management qualification and/or management experience desirable.
